If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Elephant Highway purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please make sure your return is made within 15 days of receiving your order. For returns, we will refund everything except for the shipping charges. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost.

Please send us an email at orders@elephanthighway.org so we can send you a return form.
Fill out the short return form and include a copy in the package. Also, please make sure to note the new size or item desired for exchanges. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
